Deborah Mayne, President

With years of commercial design experience, Deborah specializes in restaurant and hotel design. She has held design positions from project manager to senior project designer. Working as a project manager, she was responsible for producing specifications and documention to complete all phases of restaurant interior projects. As a principal and lead designer of Charles Ramm Associates, her responsibilities to the design team included: conceptual ideas, interior and exterior designs, plans and specifications and project scheduling.

Charles Ramm, Architect

Since 1974 Charles has been preparing and executing restaurant projects. In these years of experience, he has been solely involved within the hospitality community. A trained and licensed architect with a specific focus in restaurant architecture and food service design. As a principal and architect of Charles Ramm Associates, his duties include the full scope of project development: site evaluation, design, construction documents, agency processing, construction observation, purchasing and installation and overall project management.
